Consigners must be a member of the

All bulls must be registered with IBBA and have
performance and EPD’s for birth, weaning, yearling
and maternal to publish in catalog. If
available, ultrasound data or carcass EPDs will be
listed.

Bulls will be weighed upon arrival (a 5% shrink will be
allowed as bulls are weighed) and must meet the following minimum weight

Bulls not meeting the delivery weight
requirements will be rejected from the sale at the sale delivery when weights
are taken and calculated.

The deadline to consign bulls to this sale is October
1, 2010. The following items need to be
sent to the address below for each bull consigned:

Signed Registration Paper with current EPDs.

Entry fee of $100.00 per bull plus a completed
nomination form. Entry fee for females
is $25.00 per head. Make checks payable to ABBA. Mail check to ABBA, c/o
Sharron McCreary,

Good pictures are encouraged. Sale Manager will decide if pictures are
right for catalog.

Withdrawals will forfeit entry fees. Substitutions must be approved by Sales
Chairman or Sales Manager and meet same guidelines as stated.

The $100 entry fee per bull is due with the
nomination. It will be refunded provided
the bull arrives at the sale and is sold.
The sale cost includes: 5% Sale Management, 1% Auctioneer, 1% ABBA, all
consignors will be charged the seven percent, in addition the fixed cost of
catalog, advertising, ring service, barn rent and sale day labor will be
divided by the number of bulls sold and each consignor will be charged their
share per bull sold. Also Beef Promotion
will be deducted for each bull sold.
8.
In order to comply with state and federal laws
currently in effect regarding tuberculosis, brucellosis, and interstate
shipment of breeding cattle, please bring health papers on your bulls.
9.
A minimum scrotal circumference of 34 cm is required
for all bulls selling. The consignor is
responsible for having each bull’s semen evaluated within 60 days prior of sale
date. The consignor guarantees every
bull selling to be a breeder, for a period of six months following sale date.

All consignors of bulls to this sale agree to abide by
the rules and guidelines and to all conclusions and decisions of the sale
committee and sale manager. Consignors
are responsible for caring of their bulls.
Consignors need to bring feed and feed tubs for their bulls. Pens will have water.

Consigned bulls and females remain the property of the
consignor until sold in the auction ring.

Females will be sold with a 5% commission.
